Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Reporting An Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us review your request quickly, we may ask you to provide photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

Requests reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

As most of our products are personalised and made specifically for each customer, customised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are also not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once a personalised product has entered the production stage, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
